Step by Step FMW Infrastruture installation and Deinstalltion - 12.2.1.3



Memory Requirement in KB






RAM and SWAP Space in MB








Check OS Bit







Check OS Kernel Version 





Check OS Version







/tmp should be greater than 1GB







To determine amount of shared memory available






Check File System space
Add entries in /etc/hosts (in our case hostname is node1.example.com













Install the rpm for installing DB










Update the packages







Disable firewall
Make selinux Permissive
Make the above changes permanent
Create directories
Unzip the DB software 
You no need to install DB for installing FMW infrastructure alone, incase if you are installing other middleware products like SOA, OAM, OIM in future means, we need to create RCA schemas,which will eventually need a DB to store.

Install the DB







































Install DB SW only



























Single Instance DB installation



























Choose EE



























Choose Oracle Home Location


























Group

















Run the script as root and finish the installation





















Set Bash Profile




















Launch DBCA and create DB



























Create DB with Default configuration





























Progress bar























Check the status of DB


















To install FMW infrastructure, you need JDK to be installed first.










If you have lot of JDK’s installed in your system, choose the correct one















Download FMW infratructure and Run the Jar File

Oracle Home for FMW

Now FMW infrastructures is installed successfully.

You can deinstall in the same way
